Design

Our design capability provides early engineering support, integrating constructability input, feasibility assessment, material specification and risk identification to create a solid foundation for safe and efficient project delivery.

We develop detailed design packages including drawings, models, schedules and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with codes, client standards and operational requirements before fabrication and installation.

Our planners and design engineers use P6 and CAD tools to integrate design with procurement, fabrication and installation, providing sequencing, resource definition and programme certainty throughout contract execution.

Fabrication

Fabrication is delivered through Piper Services and Greens Power, producing pipe spools, pressure parts, structural steelwork, modular assemblies and pressure vessels, supported by coded welders, certified processes and proven technical capability.

Both facilities apply rigid QA and QC controls, maintaining material traceability, qualified weld procedures, integrated NDT and precise dimensional verification to ensure every item meets specification and performance expectations.

Close coordination with design and planning enables efficient sequencing, controlled material flow, comprehensive work packs and smooth progression from fabrication into installation, supporting predictable delivery and reliable project performance across sectors.

Installation

Our installation teams deliver mechanical erection, pipework installation, welding, testing and commissioning across power, energy-from-waste and industrial facilities, working safely in live environments and managing complex interfaces.

We provide experienced supervisors, planners, engineers and inspectors who coordinate works, maintain programme certainty, ensure compliance, control risks and drive efficient progress throughout each installation phase effectively.

Installation integrates with fabrication and design, ensuring smooth handover, accurate work packs, controlled material flow, safe execution, subcontractor coordination and reliable completion aligned with standards and requirements.
