Project Management

We manage mechanical projects end-to-end, covering early planning, engineering coordination, procurement, P6 scheduling, on-site delivery, quality assurance and handover, ensuring every stage is controlled and technically assured.

Our teams manage complex, multi-disciplinary scopes across power generation, energy-from-waste and industrial facilities, maintaining planning, communication and supervision to deliver safely within live environments and operational constraints.

We operate as Principal Contractor under CDM regulations, coordinating all parties, managing subcontractors effectively, integrating planning and safety controls to ensure compliant, efficient and well-governed project delivery.

Outage Management

We manage major outages, shutdowns and turnarounds, covering scope definition, detailed resource planning, safety management and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver work within strict programme and budget constraints.

Our outage capability is strengthened by experienced project engineers, planners and supervisors who provide structure, oversight and technical assurance throughout each phase to maintain safety, productivity and programme certainty.

We support delivery with robust HSE and QA/QC systems, integrated in-house welding capability and access to wider group fabrication teams, ensuring consistent quality and rapid response across all outage activities.
