Supported by Group fabrication, heat exchanger and training capability, we provide end-to-end installation solutions with nationwide mobilisation and proven delivery across outages and shutdowns.

 

Off-site Fabrication

We prefabricate pipe spools, structural steelwork, modular skids and complex assemblies at our Piper Services workshop in Teesside, ensuring consistent quality and control.

At our Greens facility in West Yorkshire, we design and manufacture a comprehensive range of boiler pressure parts using proven processes and specialist engineering expertise.

All fabrication is completed under controlled conditions, delivering accuracy, repeatability and full compliance, enabling a seamless transition from workshop manufacture to efficient on-site installation.
