The PJD Apprentice Scheme, in partnership with Humberside Engineering Training Association & our inhouse training partner ACTTnow, is part of our continued commitment to train and provide hands on opportunities for todayβs young people, crucial in ensuring PJD have a future generation of qualified and competent employees ready to support our great team and clients.
PJD Apprenticeship Mentor, Don Atkinson states: βInvesting in career development at PJD improves our employee satisfaction, resulting in a motivated and loyal team. Apprenticeships can help train and develop ‘Managers of the Future’ by delivering quality on-the-job training and supportβ.
We look forward to seeing our future talent shine.
