Build the Future

As National Apprenticeship Week 2022 commences, PJD would like to celebrate our fantastic apprentices – past, present & future.

PJD welcomed 10 new apprentices in the September 2021 intake, covering a wide range of trades and back-office roles including: 3x Welders, 3x Mechanical Fitters, 1x Pipefitter, 1x Health & Safety, 1x Finance & 1x Business Administration Apprentice.

The PJD Apprentice Scheme, in partnership with Humberside Engineering Training Association & our inhouse training partner ACTTnow, is part of our continued commitment to train and provide hands on opportunities for today’s young people, crucial in ensuring PJD have a future generation of qualified and competent employees ready to support our great team and clients.

PJD Apprenticeship Mentor, Don Atkinson states: β€œInvesting in career development at PJD improves our employee satisfaction, resulting in a motivated and loyal team. Apprenticeships can help train and develop ‘Managers of the Future’ by delivering quality on-the-job training and support”.

We look forward to seeing our future talent shine.
